Les P’tits poussins au parc: from October 6th to December 8th
FREE* – REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Welcome to the playgroup “Les P’tits poussins au parc” !
We are very happy to see you again !
This fall and winter, the playgroup will take place outdoors. Regardless of the weather conditions, the meetings will take place in the Pippy Park playground, near the Allendale Road..
For those who come back to Les P’tits Poussins, you’ll probably notice that some things stay the same but others have changed! Here’s an overview of how each playgroup meeting goes, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Soupe du jour
Each participating family will return home at the end of each playgroup session with a small basket of fresh vegetables and a recipe for a delicious soup. We are very happy to offer you this little “soup in a basket” while reminding everyone that you must wait until you leave the playgroup meeting before eating your vegetables!
*The activity of the Les P’tits poussins au parc is free of charge, but if you wish, you can donate a contribution of $10 per family when registering in support of our program.
To give a $10 contribution, please follow the Paypal link:

It would be important to comply with the regulations put in place by the Department of Health and Community Services and to keep as much as possible 2 meters of distance between people who are not in the same bubble.
We ask each parent and child to wash their hands at the Mobile station OR to use the hand sanitizing gel provided by the ACFSJ (or a hand sanitizing gel brought by parents) upon arrival, before and after eating. We will be happy to share with you songs and rhymes to teach the little ones how to wash their hands properly!
Arrival at the meeting, each family will receive a basket of toys/objects. The children will be encouraged not to share the contents of their bin, but we remain aware that it is also essential that the children feel comfortable having fun. All bins will be prepared at least 4 days in advance by one member of the ACFSJ team and will not be touched afterwards. Toys and objects in the bins will be washed and disinfected before being placed in the bins, and the bins will not be touched by a team member until they have disinfected their hands.
According to provincial regulations, we are not able to offer a snack to the playgroup as before. However, we encourage you to bring a snack for your family and we will take a moment to eat together.
As we will be outside, it would be important to bring several layers of clothes, outerwear adapted to the weather, as well as shoes and/or boots.
